Michole founded Ivy League Affairs in order to share her passion, knowledge and love for event planning. Having been a bride, she understands the frustration of having to coordinate a dream wedding with limited resources. This inspired her a decade ago to begin helping other couples to achieve their dream. Prior to establishing Ivy League Affairs, Meiki worked with another consultant before turning her hobby of balloon decorating into a business. She began to study the art of balloon décor, event design and coordination. Meiki believes in continuous education and certification so that she can deliver her best to each and every unique event. Her many years as an educator has taught her to be patient, to be persistent, to be poised, and to be prepared. Her attention to detail, level of commitment and her passion for delivery of new concepts has allowed her to grow who she is and what she does. Michole is an active member and a codirector for the Raleigh/ Durham chapter of the Association of Bridal Consultants. She is also a Certified Sandals Resort Specialist.
